Key Responsibilities
✔ Coordinate end-to-end sales operations and provide support to the sales team.
✔ Prepare quotations, process customer orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely execution.
✔ Handle customer communication, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure high service quality.
✔ Coordinate effectively with Finance, Store, Logistics, and Operations teams for seamless workflow.
✔ Maintain CRM data, sales reports, pricing details, and documentation accurately.
✔ Ensure smooth execution from quotation stage to final delivery.
✔ Support the sales team in daily operational activities and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ 1–6 years of experience in Sales Coordination or IT Hardware industry preferred.
✔ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
✔ Good understanding of IT hardware products is an added advantage.
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Strong coordination and follow-up skills with internal and external teams.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting is preferred.
