Objective
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at Tecqnio Global Systems.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, client acquisition, and business growth in the IT Hardware & Technology Solutions industry. The position offers excellent exposure to field sales, client relationship management, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Generate new business leads and acquire potential clients.
✔ Promote IT hardware products, solutions, and services to customers.
✔ Conduct field visits and client meetings to build strong business relationships.
✔Identify opportunities, follow up on inquiries, and close sales deals.
✔ Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and business goals.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Qualifications & Skills
✔ 1–6 years of experience in Business Development or IT Hardware Sales preferred.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
✔ Strong passion for sales, client handling, and business growth.
✔ Good understanding of IT hardware products is an added advantage.
✔ Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
